Requests for house calls can be made by phoning to the surgery.

House calls place an additional burden on the working day, and we would be grateful if our patients would use this service wisely and advise that house calls should be requested in urgent situations and the patient needs seen as a priority and is unable to come to the surgery.

Please make a member of the reception staff aware of this when you call.

If you can come to the surgery but feel too unwell to wait in the waiting room let one of the reception staff know and they will endeavour to get you seen as a matter of priority.
