Welcome to Dr Cupples, Huey & McCreedy
We plan to use this surgery website to present all our patients with up to date news and information about our practices. We will keep it current with any developments or other details that we feel are relevant to you.
As well as a source of information about our practice, the staff and the services we provide, we hope you will use this website as a useful resource for other health-related information.
Please have a look around the site and do send us some feedback if you like. We can use your ideas to improve our online services and further develop the content of this website, making it a more useful, practical tool for everybody.
Disabled Access is available at both the main and branch surgeries.
The appointment system has changed. Your call will now be triaged. The Doctors have instructed the Receptionist to ask specific questions, please respect this and be honest when speaking to our highly trained staff. We cannot assess your needs without this information and without it, it may take a little longer in waiting for an appointment time.
If you wish to speak to a Doctor about more than one issue please advise the Receptionist in order that more time can be allocated for the call back.
The surgery is currently experiencing a large number of telephone calls on a daily basis and we would ask for your patience when contacting the surgery. If your call is to discuss a routine issue it would be appreciated if you could telephone the Surgery as early as possible. This will assist us to accommodate more patients.
Emergency issues can be telephoned through at any time.
IMPORTANT UPDATE - COVID-19 (CORONAVIRUS)
The Practice does not issue proof of vaccination. If you are intending to travel within the next 3 months the Department of Health has introduced an automated method for NI Citizens who have received both their Covid-19 vaccinations in Northern Ireland to apply for Covid vaccination certification. The COVIDCertNI App is available to download from Googleplay or Apple app stores.
To help reduce the potential spread of infection, we are advising all patients to phone before coming to the surgery.
When you ring us, our staff will ask you some questions to determine your condition. Some of these questions may include if you have a temperature or cough. These questions help us to determine the best action to take but also helps protect our staff and other vulnerable patients.
If appropriate, you may receive a call back from a GP or be given other relevant advice.
IF YOU ARE ASKED TO ATTEND THE SURGERY IT WOULD BE APPRECIATED IF YOU WOULD WEAR A FACE COVERING.
